Getting to know me...

It's been since December of 2016 since I have made a blog post. My mom passed away last year and it made me realize how little I was taking care of myself. Now I'm 36 (almost 37 on April 14th) and I'm just figuring out everything I want to do. Taking care of someone for a long time makes you lose yourself. Don't get me wrong, the last years with my mother, though frustrating, were the best years for laughs and emotional connections we didn't have before.

Now that I'm on my own I'm honestly everywhere in my learning process. I'm relearning Graphic Design and Media Communications. I'm even finished a Web Developer bootcamp February this year (and it only took me 2 months)! With so much going on in my life I can now say I'm fully committed to the learning process and am so excited to see where this leads.

It's time for me to not fear myself!
